Sales Development Representatives

Job Description

We are looking for experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to fuel our sales pipeline by qualifying leads, engaging high-intent prospects, and scheduling product demos for the sales team. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in outbound sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect with SMBs across Bharat

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 50–70 outbound calls daily and send structured follow-up emails.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other prospecting channels to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Schedule product demos/meetings for Sales Leaders and Presales teams.
  • Maintain accurate and updated CRM records with lead activity and engagement details.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of meetings booked.
  • Conversion of qualified leads to sales opportunities.
  • Consistent daily/weekly outreach volumes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales / inside sales / lead generation.
  • Proven track record in qualifying leads and setting up meetings.
  • High-energy, resilient, and target-driven individual.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly over calls.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; proficiency in at least one regional language (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) will be an advantage.
