Our Leadership

Koushik Shee is the Founder and CEO of EffiaSoft, driving digital transformation across Retail, F&B, Distribution, Shipping, FinTech, and Taxation since 2012. With 20+ years of experience in enterprise software development and architecture, he has held key roles at global organizations such as Oracle, Emersion Technologies, and Bernhard Schulte. A tech enthusiast since the age of 13, Koushik holds a B.E. in Electronics and an M.S. in Software Systems from BITS Pilani. His vision is to make enterprise software more efficient, intelligent, and affordable using cutting-edge technologies.

Sainath is a seasoned executive with 24+ years of experience in global markets, specializing in telecom, taxation, IT infrastructure and product management. He has led high-performing teams, managed $60M+ P&L and driven innovation in specialized tax solutions. In leadership roles with BCGI, Siemens, SGS, Sitel, he has spearheaded large-scale transformations and revenue growth. A Harvard Business School alumnus, Sainath combines strategy, technology and operational expertise to optimize business performance for long-term growth.

Krishna is a 3x entrepreneur with 25 years in marketing and strategy spanning across education, FMCG, ed-tech and publishing. He started his career in the test-prep space and quickly went on to build three businesses in education and the ed-tech space with one successful exit. As a turn-around specialist, Krishna has revived loss-making businesses and put them on a high-opportunity growth trajectory by focusing on streamlining operations and building a remarkable culture. Krishna is an Engineer and an MBA from Said School of Business at the Oxford University.

He went on to lead Communications for Apple in India thereafter and now consults with growth stage businesses across enterprise, healthcare and fin-tech on marketing, communications and brand.
