Growth Marketing Manager - Digital Marketing

To design and execute innovative growth strategies that onboard one million SMBs onto JustBilling, positioning it as the go-to retail app for Bharat

Key Responsibilities / Day-to-Day Activities

  • Run growth experiments across multiple channels: SEO, SEM, app stores, influencer partnerships, referral programs, and affiliates.
  • Analyze funnel metrics (installs → activation → retention → paid subscription) and address bottlenecks with targeted interventions.
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize A/B tests on landing pages, ad creatives, campaigns, and in-app flows to maximize conversions.
  • Build and scale viral loops (referrals, cashback, incentives) to fuel organic adoption.
  • Collaborate with the product team to improve onboarding nudges, in-app engagement, cross-sell, and upsell strategies.
  • Monitor weekly growth dashboards (CAC, LTV, churn, retention cohorts), identify actionable insights, and recommend pivots.
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels and growth levers for accelerated adoption.
  • Partner with design and content teams to create compelling marketing assets (videos, blogs, app store creatives, social campaigns).
  • Work with analytics teams to set up robust tracking infrastructure (GA4, Mixpanel, Firebase, Amplitude) ensuring accurate attribution.
  • Engage directly with SMB customers via surveys, interviews, and communities, feeding insights into growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success to drive higher lead-to-demo-to-paid conversion rates.
  • Benchmark competitor strategies and stay updated with SaaS and SMB growth best practices.
  • Own the growth roadmap: prioritize, execute, and scale high-ROI experiments.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Growth in qualified installs.
  • Reduction in CAC (Cost per Acquisition).
  • Improved conversion rates (Lead → Demo → Paid).
  • Higher Monthly Active Users (MAU) and stronger retention.
  • Enhanced LTV:CAC ratio.
  • Contribution to consistent month-on-month revenue growth.

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS or SMB-focused products preferred.
  • Hands-on expertise in digital marketing, funnel optimization, and growth hacking tools.
  • Outcome-driven professional with ownership of results, not just campaigns.
  • Strong collaborator across Product, Design, Sales, and Engineering teams.
