From the very beginning, working in this project was challenging with high expectations, tight timelines, and constant change requests. My first focus was understanding the stakeholders’ pain points and their vision that clarity shaped everything we built. As Solution Architect, I was responsible for translating that vision into a working solution. We started with a small team, so I had to be hands-on selecting the right technologies, aligning them with business goals and budgets, and ensuring the team had a clear grasp of the workflows. Despite the complexity, we put strong processes in place, stayed closely coordinated, and kept pushing forward. Going live within such a short span was a huge achievement.
