Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote and sell EffiaSoft’s POS solutions to supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, retail stores, and other F&B businesses. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience who are eager to build a career in field sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and retail outlets
  • Pitch EffiaSoft’s POS solutions and explain product features, benefits, and pricing
  • Conduct on-site product demonstrations and follow up on leads
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable POS solutions
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and managers
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, installation, and support
  • Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or Diploma in any discipline
  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in field sales / direct sales (IT or POS sales is a plus)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in the field and travel locally
  • Basic understanding of retail or restaurant operations is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven
